RETURNS POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are returning an item to Modern Gentleman we can only accept items returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer any exchanges and will only cover the cost of return postage if the item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.

When returning items please ensure they are in the condition they were sent to you in and can be re-sold, this includes tags, bagging and the physical condition of the item.

Please note if you were to return an item outside of the specified 14 day window and you have not been advised to by Modern Gentleman, the item will be forfeited and will not be able to be returned to you.

Sale Item Returns

Any items ordered from our sales may only be refunded if the order is returned within the 14 day cooling off period or alternatively if you have cancelled the order prior to despatch.

I have received a faulty or incorrect item

Please accept our sincere apologies if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please send us an email at contact@modern-gentleman.com and we will then advise of the best way to proceed. Please inform us of any issues within 14 days of the item being delivered. We will issue a full refund including postage costs.
